Qualifications:

  • Academic bachelor’s degree in the relevant field
  • At least 5 years experience in leading  operational excellence.
  • Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience in growing companies (start up companies)- significant advantage
  • Experience in international markets – USA and Europe a significant advantage
  • Experience in Creating and leading new benchmarks and operational standards who challenge the status quo.
  • The ability to operate in a changing and dynamic business environment.
  • Exceptional ability to handle complex products and navigate global waters.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Excellent level of English.

  • A passion for leveraging AI and computer vision technologies in industrial applications.

Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and technical Sales Account Manager to lead our sales department in Israel. This crucial position encompasses the expansion and development of our business activities within the sales department in Israel, including the management, planning, and implementation of our sales strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for developing quarterly work plans and sales targets, as well as monitoring performance closely. As part of your role, you will be responsible for attracting new clients and expanding your activities with existing ones, including working with automobile importers, leasing companies, logistics centers, and other entities in the automotive and vehicle services industry. Collaboration with our product and development teams, as well as active involvement in the implementation process with new clients, are also key components of this position. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand the business activities of the sales department in Israel.
  • Manage, plan, and implement the sales strategy, including setting quarterly sales targets and monitoring performance.
  • Drive business development, including acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing ones, especially in the automotive and vehicle service sectors.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams, actively participating in the implementation processes with new clients.
  • Create presentations and prepare marketing materials to support sales efforts.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years proven experience in managing sales to strategic clients is required.
  • Experience in B2B client interactions.
  • Proficiency in face-to-face sales and negotiation management, with exceptional presentation and expression skills.
  • Experience in selling technological products.
  • High service awareness and interpersonal communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to drive processes, manage time, and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Skill in building trust and cooperation among clients, suppliers, and additional interfaces.
  • High level of English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with the Israeli automotive market is a significant advantage.
  • Commercial and technical knowledge is a significant advantage
